We are honored to welcome Prof. Dr. Manal Abdel-Hamid , Professor at the Housing and Building National Research Center (HBRC), as the Moderator at the Egypt Facility Management Forum.
With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, project and construction management, and quality systems, Prof. Dr. Manal is a leading authority in developing national standards and advancing the built environment sector. She has played a pivotal role in establishing the Construction Engineering and Project Management Institute at HBRC and has contributed extensively to academic research, professional training, and industry development.
A key contributor to numerous Egyptian codes and guidelines including the Egyptian Project Management Code, Smart Cities Code, Egyptian BIM Standards, and Egyptian Facility Management Guidelines, Prof. Dr. Manal brings unmatched expertise in regulation, standardization, and sustainable development.
As the Moderator of the panel discussion on “Egyptian FM Code: Market Regulation & Standardization”, she will lead a dynamic discussion on shaping the regulatory landscape and elevating industry practices within the facility management sector.
