We are honored to welcome Mr. Mohamed Elmelegy, Director of Facilities at SIAC Assets and Facilities Management, as the Moderator at the Egypt Facility Management Forum.
With over 15 years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary facility management operations across the GCC and Egypt, Mr. Mohamed brings deep expertise across a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, telecommunications, and industrial environments.
His experience in managing mega projects and landmark developments such as The Dubai Mall, Abu Dhabi Global Market, and ADNOC Headquarters Offshore reflects his strong capabilities in asset lifecycle optimization, risk management, and operational excellence. He is recognized for implementing integrated FM systems that enhance asset performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure resilient operations.
Holding multiple international certifications including CFM, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and ISO standards, Mr. Mohamed is a strong advocate for best practices in quality, health, safety, and sustainability.
As the Moderator of the panel discussion on Risk Management, he will lead a dynamic conversation on building resilient systems, mitigating risks, and strengthening operational performance within the facility management sector.
