We are pleased to welcome Ms. Heidi Kamel , HR Director at Eden Facility Management, as a Panelist at the Egypt Facility Management Forum.
With over 10 years of experience driving HR transformation across Egypt and KSA, Ms. Haidy has successfully managed large-scale workforces exceeding 4,000 employees across more than 70 projects. She brings strong expertise in aligning human capital strategies with business growth across facility management, energy distribution, and catering sectors.
Her experience spans high-volume recruitment, HR digitalization (SAP & HRIS), employee engagement, and organizational development, with a proven ability to build scalable HR infrastructures in complex, labor-intensive environments.
As part of the panel discussion on “The Role of HR in Building High-Performance Operational Teams”, Ms. Haidy will share insights on building effective HR frameworks, enhancing workforce performance, and driving organizational excellence.
