With over a decade of experience across real estate development, construction, and facility management, Eng. Ahmed leads strategic FM operations across key national projects, including the New Administrative Capital and New Mansoura. His expertise spans operational optimization, budget management (OPEX/CAPEX), and the implementation of advanced CAFM systems to ensure efficient, high-quality facility performance.
Having held key roles at leading organizations such as Emaar Misr, IMKAN Misr, and Hassan Allam Holding Construction, Eng. Ahmed brings a well-rounded perspective grounded in both technical and managerial excellence. A Certified Facility Manager (CFM) with an MBA (Excellent), he is committed to delivering world-class standards in maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.
As part of the panel discussion on Risk Management, Eng. Ahmed will share practical insights on managing operational risks, enhancing performance, and building resilient facility management systems.
