Adel Soliman ,FMP®,SFP® is an FM Manager of the Facility Management Head Office in the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), with 21 years of experience in maintenance and facility management.
His duties include: preparing and implementing regular #maintenance plans for mechanical systems and defining the tasks of the work team; analyzing faults in #airconditioning#systems and working to reduce the fault rate.
He also supervises the implementation of maintenance work and ensures that the team follows #safework practices along with the importance of periodic and predictive maintenance in #facilitymanagement.
