We are pleased to welcome Mr. Louai Motawai, Property & Facilities Management Director at Contrack Facilities Management S.A.E, as a Panelist at the Egypt Facility Management Forum.
With over two decades of experience across telecommunications, real estate, and facility management, Mr. Louai brings a comprehensive and hands-on perspective to the industry. His career spans leadership roles at major organizations including Vodafone Egypt, Regus, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Etisalat Egypt, and Majorel-TP, where he managed diverse functions ranging from construction and maintenance to real estate, administration, and large-scale FM operations.
Currently serving as Operations Director at Contrack FM, he oversees operations for more than 140 clients and leads a workforce exceeding 5,000 professionals, driving operational excellence and service delivery across multiple sectors.
A member of the Egyptian Committee for the development of the Egyptian Code of Facilities Management, Mr. Louai plays an active role in shaping the regulatory framework and advancing industry standards.
As part of the panel discussion on “Egyptian FM Code: Market Regulation & Standardization”, Mr. Louai will share valuable insights on standardization, governance, and the future direction of facility management in Egypt.
