With more than 20 years of leadership in Facilities and Property Management, Shady Yehia, CFM® ProFM® brings a rare combination of global certification, operational depth, and strategic vision to the FM industry. Currently serving as Head of Facilities and Real Estate Management at Genpact he leads initiatives focused on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth across complex corporate environments.
His expertise is reinforced by elite international credentials, including CFM (IFMA), ProFM (USA), and an FM Diploma (UK), alongside his active role as an educator at The American University in Cairo where he contributes to shaping the next generation of FM, project, and asset management professionals.
Beyond operations, Shady plays a pivotal role in advancing FM standards regionally and globally – contributing as an IFMA Global Subject Matter Expert, leading continental initiatives through Africa Facilities Management Association and supporting talent development across emerging markets.
As part of the Technical Committee, his perspective strengthens the forum’s technical depth, ensuring discussions are grounded in real-world execution, global best practices, and future-ready FM frameworks.
