With over 21 years of experience in Facility Management, Sherif currently serves as Deputy General Manager for Maintenance and Facility Management at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) leading large-scale operations across complex and highly regulated banking environments.
His professional journey focuses on building efficient, resilient, and cost-effective facility management systems that support business continuity, operational excellence, and enhanced customer experience. Sherif Soufi, FMP®, SFP® has a strong track record in strategic planning, leadership development, cost optimization, and driving digital transformation initiatives that improve service quality and operational transparency.
