Saif Eldemerdash El Demerdash is the Vice President of the Services business unit at Schneider Electric North East #Africa and #Levant. He is responsible for providing #engineering consultation to ensure the highest levels of safety in projects, #riskmanagement, and achieving #sustainability as part of their #digital transformation journey. He is also a certified mentor at Schneider Electric
Saif Eldemerdash El-Demerdash started his journey at Schneider Electric back in 2010. Throughout his tenure with Schneider Electric, he held several leadership positions including the Vice President of the Home & Distribution business unit at Schneider Electric North East #Africa and #Levant, where he was responsible for leading the H&D basket, developing and executing strategic priorities, in addition to handling the #digital hashtag#transformation of #distribution hashtag#networks in the cluster. He also served as the General Manager and Country Leader at Delixi Electric Egypt, one of Schneider Electric’s subsidiaries. He was handling the Retail and Channels Development unit at Schneider Electric #Egypt and North East Africa, where he managed to develop a new distribution model in Egypt leading to an additional 15% growth in #sales.
Before joining Schneider Electric, El-Demerdash started his career in 2003. He held various roles in production, sales and management, in local and multinational organizations specialized in the manufacturing and integration of #electric #systems, such as #Siemens.
El-Demerdash graduated in 2001 from #Cairo University with a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering. He also holds an #MBA from Northampton University, #UK, in addition to a diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from Pearson University, UK. El-Demerdash is also a certified mind gym trainer for various leadership programs.
