Shady is an experienced facilities management professional with more than 15 years of experience in Facilities & Properties Management, Shady now leading Genpact as Head of Facilities and Real Estate Management handling full FM & Properties services, EHS, SCM, PM and Community management.
Previously Shady worked for different multinational organizations within Egypt and GCC on both the client side and the service provider side like General Electric, Tetra Pak, Ericsson, Mobinil, Shell same as JCI, JLL & CBRE.
Shady holding a bachelor in Computer Science in addition to PMP, Lean Six Sigma green belt, Chemical Engineering & Bimolecular from the International Association of Chemical Safety UK, NEBOSH and IOSH certificates in Environmental Health and Safety from UK, same as Assessing Organization Risks, Managing in a Crisis and other certificates in Security and Crisis Management.
