About the Award

This award is directed to Facility Management service providers who have effectively applied digitalization and integrated technology solutions within their Facility Management operations and projects.

The award highlights organizations that leveraged digital tools to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, customer experience, safety, and workforce productivity across facilities.

Award Evaluation Questions

(These questions must be answered in Step 2 of the application)

Applicants must clearly address the following questions and support their answers with evidence:

1. How did the company define its digitalization objectives within Facility Management operations?
2. How did the company allocate resources (financial, technical, and human) to execute the digitalization project?
3. How were digital systems and technologies applied and integrated across Facility Management operations?
4. What was the measurable impact of implementing the digitalization solutions?

Award Benchmarks

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following benchmarks:

• Clarity of digitalization objectives
• Effectiveness of resource allocation and execution
• Level of integration and application of digital technologies
• Measurable impact on operational efficiency, safety, and productivity

Steps for applying for EFMF 2026 awards:

Note: You can apply for multiple awards.

Please answer all relevant questions about the award in a word file.

Step 3:

Please add all supporting documentation to prove the achievements and answers in step 2.

Step 4:

Please create a PDF file as an attachment with the below with required information.

Step 5 ( Optional):

It may be required for the applier to do 20 mins presentation for the event advisory committee to get more clarification about the submitted documents.
