Applicants are expected to demonstrate clear sustainability objectives, structured execution, and measurable results aligned with environmental, social, and operational performance.

The award highlights initiatives such as:

  • Reduction of energy and water consumption
  • Waste reduction, recycling, and responsible waste management
  • Providing healthy, safe, and productive working environments
  • Use of renewable energy resources where applicable
  • Adoption of paperless initiatives and eco-friendly materials, cleaning, and pest control solutions

Applicants are not required to address all initiatives; however, submissions must demonstrate a clear and structured sustainability approach within the scope of Facility Management.
