About the Award

This award is directed to Facility Management service providers who have successfully applied the three pillars of sustainability within their operations and projects, contributing to reduced environmental impact and improved facility performance.

Award Evaluation Questions

Applicants must address the following questions as part of their submission. These questions should be answered clearly and supported by evidence in the submitted documents.

  1. How were sustainability objectives defined within the scope of Facility Management?
  2. How were resources allocated to effectively execute the sustainability initiatives?
  3. How were sustainability principles applied across Facility Management operations?
  4. What was the measurable impact of implementing the sustainability initiatives?

Award Benchmarks

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following key benchmarks:

  • Definition of sustainability objectives
  • Allocation of resources and execution approach
  • Application of sustainability principles within Facility Management operations
  • Measurable impact and results

Steps for applying for EFMF 2026 awards:

Step 1:

Please identify which award you will apply for after reading carefully about the award, and who will apply for ( e.g. services provider, owner, supplier, individual, or open for all ).

Note: You can apply for multiple awards.

Step 2:

Please answer all relevant questions about the award in a word file.

Step 3:

Please add all supporting documentation to prove the achievements and answers in step 2.

Step 4:

Please create a PDF file as an attachment with the below with required information.

Step 5 ( Optional):

It may be required for the applier to do 20 mins presentation for the event advisory committee to get more clarification about the submitted documents.
