About the Award

This award is directed to highly efficient service providers or end users who have demonstrated a strong commitment to establishing and maintaining a positive health and safety culture within the workplace.

The award recognizes organizations that have adopted sustainable health and safety practices, encouraged employee participation and awareness, and actively supported initiatives that enhance safety, well-being, and long-term workplace sustainability.

Award Evaluation Questions

(These questions must be answered in Step 2 of the application)

Applicants must clearly address the following questions and support their answers with evidence:

1. How does the organization demonstrate commitment to health and safety practices within the workplace?
2. How are sustainable health and safety practices integrated into daily workflows and operations?
3. How does the organization promote health and safety awareness and engagement among employees?
4. How does the organization actively participate in health and safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs?

Award Benchmarks

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following benchmarks:

• Commitment to health and safety policies and practices
• Integration of health and safety with sustainability objectives
• Employee engagement, communication, and awareness programs
• Active participation in health and safety initiatives and measurable outcomes

Steps for applying for EFMF 2026 awards:

Step 1:

Please identify which award you will apply for after reading carefully about the award, and who will apply for ( e.g. services provider, owner, supplier, individual, or open for all ).

Note: You can apply for multiple awards.

Step 2:

Please answer all relevant questions about the award in a word file.

Step 3:

Please add all supporting documentation to prove the achievements and answers in step 2.

Step 4:

Please create a PDF file as an attachment with the below with required information.

Step 5 ( Optional):

It may be required for the applier to do 20 mins presentation for the event advisory committee to get more clarification about the submitted documents.
