Hanan Moselhy has overall 22 years of professional HR & Corporate Development Management experience with major organizations with a focus on change management, strategy and business value chain integration, organization redesign, #HR business partnership, talent acquisition, reward management, and talent management.
Her experience comes across different business sectors including the property development sector, Public Sector, real estate and construction sector, FMCG sector, and telecoms across the MEA region.
Currently the Head of Human Resources at Orascom Hotels Management, and responsible for leading the HR agenda and organizational transformation initiatives. Previously worked at Hassan Allam Properties
Lead the Human Capital function and the strategic initiatives in Majid Al Futtaim Properties, including the key change management projects in Egypt Held the group Talent Management Lead position in Majid Al Futtaim Holding in UAE covering ME where she resumed her mission.
In addition to the professional corporate experience, Hanan has engaged as a lead consultant in many successful consulting assignments in Egypt & Saudi Arabia focused on Human Capital & Strategy. (Ministry of Planning Project for New Administrative Capital manpower transfer – Educational Sector- Construction Sector – Deal Estate Development, Technology & Services Sector).
