As a Group HR Strategic Director, Head of Employer Branding, and Internal Communication, she leads the effective management of organizational change and ensures smooth transitions while monitoring resistance. She is also involved in the development and execution of HR strategies and has evolved to be a strategic partner in setting the company’s vision, mission, core values, and corporate strategy.
