Mohamed Essam is the Executive Director of Eltizam Egypt. He has over 15 years’ experience in asset management, operations, facilities and community management across the real estate and commercial sectors.

Throughout his career, Mohamed has held various positions in leading companies such as SaudiBinladinGroup, Emaar Misr Properties, Mountain View andTalaatMoustafaGroup. Where he gained comprehensive experience in managing real estate and commercial portfolios from the client-side and/or service provider side across various sectors.

As the Executive Director of Eltizam Egypt, Mohamed leverages his expertise to establish the group entities in Egypt and to manage and oversee the efficient operation of the company’s facilities management, communities management, maintenance programs, mall management, technology services, leasing services, financial statements, technical services, and property management. He is highly focused on realising clients’ requirements and aspirations within the set budget and through the highest possible standards. With a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing operating costs, Mohamed plays an integral part inEltizam’ssuccess.

Mohamed is a graduate of the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with honors in 2009. He also completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management at the same institution in February 2021 and a Facilities Management Professional (FMP) program at the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) in March 2021. Additionally, Mohamed completed a Strategy Execution Program at Harvard Business School in July 2022 and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Business Management at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology.
