With 19 years experience in the built environment industry, Uros heads East-O Holdings, the technology arm of Eltizam Asset Management Group. Based in UAE, East-O is a technology venture company focused on building solutions for the real estate industry. From their base in Dubai, UAE, East-O entities have delivered customized technology solutions to clients from New Zealand, throughout Asia, Middle East & Europe, and North America.
Recently, Uros has led a team that have launched a number of cutting edge software solutions since 2019 for facilities management, property management, owner association and land bank management.
Uros has been with the Eltizam Group since 2017, prior to heading East-O Holdings, Uros worked as the General Manager of Strategy & Planning for the group. Before joining Eltizam, Uros worked with Dubai Properties Group (the real estate arm of Dubai Holding) for 11 years as head of Business Process Management, as well as Dubai Parks & Resorts (a division of Meraas) as Head of Business Excellence.
